All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still in its original form. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Kayla Stam E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase or a full cash refund. E-Gift Cards do not expire. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.

Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds, they can either be exchanged for a different item or an E-Gift Card that can be used on your next purchase.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Cash refunds will be paid within 3 - 7 business days, once the items have been received and the above conditions have been met.
